a.Delete Your iTunes Downloads Folder

Step 1: On your Windows PC, open MSConfig via Run or Start menu.

Step 2: Now select the software that you suspect is creating conflicts with iTunes and disable it.
Step 3: If the problem is not solved, then you can try to turn off third-party Startup Items and System Services one at a time until the conflict is resolved.
